  • Check-in time starts at 2:00 PM (WIB)
  • Check-out time is until 12:00 PM (WIB)

Requests for early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges in accordance with the hotel's policy.

All guests are required to present a valid identification card upon check-in. Full payment and/or a security deposit may be required based on the applicable reservation policy.

Booking cancellation
  • Free cancellation applies only within the specified cancellation period.
  • Cancellations made outside the free cancellation period will be subject to charges in accordance with the reservation policy.
  • Non-Refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Guests who fail to arrive without prior notice (no-show) will be charged according to the reservation terms and conditions.

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge if the cancellation is made no later than 7 days before the check-in date and before the cancellation deadline specified by the hotel.

Example:

  • Check-in Date: May 10
  • Free Cancellation Deadline: May 3

Cancellation Fees

Reservations cancelled after the free cancellation period may be subject to cancellation charges and may be non-refundable or eligible for a partial refund, depending on the hotel's policy.

The hotel reserves the right to apply cancellation fees in the following cases:

  • The cancellation is made after the free cancellation deadline.
  • The reservation is booked under a non-refundable rate.
  • Only a partial refund (50% of the total transaction amount) is approved.

Refund Policy

  • 1 day before check-in (H-1) or on the check-in date (H): No refund (100% cancellation fee).
  • 2 days before check-in (H-2): 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
