- Check-in time starts at 2:00 PM (WIB)
- Check-out time is until 12:00 PM (WIB)
Requests for early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges in accordance with the hotel's policy.
All guests are required to present a valid identification card upon check-in. Full payment and/or a security deposit may be required based on the applicable reservation policy.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation PolicyFree Cancellation
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge if the cancellation is made no later than 7 days before the check-in date and before the cancellation deadline specified by the hotel.
Example:
- Check-in Date: May 10
- Free Cancellation Deadline: May 3
Cancellation Fees
Reservations cancelled after the free cancellation period may be subject to cancellation charges and may be non-refundable or eligible for a partial refund, depending on the hotel's policy.
The hotel reserves the right to apply cancellation fees in the following cases:
- The cancellation is made after the free cancellation deadline.
- The reservation is booked under a non-refundable rate.
- Only a partial refund (50% of the total transaction amount) is approved.
Refund Policy
- 1 day before check-in (H-1) or on the check-in date (H): No refund (100% cancellation fee).
- 2 days before check-in (H-2): 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
